Well, yesterday I've released Thumbnailer — Windows Media Player plugin for quick thumbnail creation. All you have to do is to load your movie into WMP, start Thumbnailer and click the button. Thumbnailer will generate an image with thumbs grid. You can save this image to BMP, JPEG, PNG or GIF, you can include some additional info like file name, duration, timestamps. Very handy, sometimes.
